Hey just going through your log , so running is your thing ?

Hi @captfit

Welcome to my log. Always appreciated.

Not so much a runing one, but I consider run the "king" of exercises, especially cardio. I don´t like it too much, but it´s necessary.

As I am on vacation at the beach, I run when it´s not raining, wich is not the case, during the past 3 days, we´re having pouring rains every day.A

And u? What kind of sports do u like?

All the best

Dani

Hi everyone.

Not posting a lot because I don´t want to write everyday the same things. It sounds boring to me and to the readers.

So, my diet goes pretty much everything around 1500 or 1700 cal. I try to be at 1500, because I need to lose weight and body fat.

As I am on vacation at the beach, I haven´t been consistent at the gym and try to run every day, but it´s raining a lot here, so I am out of runing for 3 days in a row.

When I come back at home, I´ll be posting more.

Feel free do ask me any questions, and follow me on twitter. I really enjoy to help people to achieve their goals.

I am a very positive person ans I believe in the power of the mind. Mind is everything, as Kai Greene told.

All the best

I have both of Kai Greene's DVD's, I really like watching the guy train and he's pretty cool to listen to. One of the thinkers of the sport.

@Mini I love those movies, A day in a life of bodybuilder; Overkill; Redemption and Training with Kai. I got them all. Every time I am a little down... I watch.

Diet were kind of good today, but I am still having lots of rice, have to go easy on rice. Brazilian´s food is very healthy, at least when some Brazilians don't go to the fast foods.

I had my fake eggwhites for breakfast, some melon and fake cheese.

Banana is my favorite snack.

For lunch, I enjoy having our daily basis: rice & beans, adding some leaves, like lettuce, kale, watergress for salad. Also with some tomatoes and sometimes, when I don´t have rice, I go on sweet potatoes or regular potatoes.

My protein source comes from beens and soy beans. Sometimes lentils, chickpeas, eggplant.

soygurt, fugi apples, small amounts of bread for afternoon snack.

For dinner, the same I had for lunch.

One our of walking at the beach today.

Following your diary =)

Could you share the vegan kebab recipe?

Hei @maybenot

Just use the regular kebab pack, that we can find in every market here in Brazil.

Do the same thing as a kebab but without the ground meat. I use soy "meat" protein (PTS, we say here in Brazil) and cook into the oven. Than is ready!

Use a lot of garlics, onions and tempers.

Delicious

Enjoy
