Wife has just given me a beautiful, thick 18ct white gold ring as a New Years present. I'm in a good plae right now! Will get a pic and post when I get back, it's a pretty stunning ring. One day left before we head back to Christchurch MF.

My life isn't always fast paced, in fact my work side of things I like to take my time and try not to rush things. A lot of my ideas and planning for my supplement range have come from spending an hour or so outside a few nights a week going through things on paper and in my head...
