Haven't had much of a chance to stay up to date with your blog - just wanted to stop in and say happy holidays. I'll catch up in a few days!

This a local band I used to kick it with. Had the biggest crush on the drummer too!

Re: heavy metal
Just bought some new albums...
Machine Head - Unto The Locust (damn this has to be the best metal album I own)!
Machine Head - The Blackening (only listened to it once yet, but it did win 'metal album of the decade' so it must be pretty damn good)
Stone Sour - House of Gold & Bones PTI (WOW. AMAZING)
Mastodon - Leviathan (only listened to a couple of tracks, insane drumming and cool arrangements/time signatures)

I normally check Amazon for the customer reviews before I buy a new album, I know Hunter is newer but Leviathan just had mostly rock solid feedback.
What other albums of theirs are worth getting?
