Yeah i mean i have no issues with the way the last comp when down. the other lady was a better poser and her back had some more detail in the middle part...she had more fat on lower abs and glutes but made up for it with upper body. and my posing wasnt perfect. it could have gone either way. for my second contest not bad.
today crossfit was 3 squats OTM for ten mins. used 95. then deadlifts and k2e 21-15-9. i used 135lbs finished in 7 minutes
i still feel sick but i went to the gym (also went to ann taylor and costco with my mom - i always feel better about myself after a costco trip lol!)
so i trained legs:
leg ext for pre exhaust up to 85x12? about 4 sets
front rack lunges: 65x16, 75x16x3
leg press: 135x16, 180x16, 205x16, 230x16
calf raises on smith machine: 50x12x5
lower leg crunches using cable strapped to feet - four sets, was just fooling around a friend was showing me how to do them. can only do like 30 lbs they are super hard.
decline crunches with band - 4 sets 16
20 mins HiiT bike - (the lower one, thats recumbent right?) 30 seconds off 30 seconds on, level 22. didnt feel sick while training but now im all congested again and cant taste my peanut butter
