haha yeh im on an island too and it doesnt usually stick but it has now and evrythings gone mad like it has with u........lol nevermind ill just stay in till it goes now!

least you got some training in still 8) nothing planned here really just chill i think had a busy week. u working weekend or building snowmen?

thanks guys, i will be going out to get some teas etc as soon as the snow melts a bit, im stuck at home for now. and yeah ross i could probly do with a punchbag today. my body just doesnt want to play ball at the moment!

feeling a bit better today, still cant get out to shop tho! been eating loads of garlic and vitamin c as u suggested mf, will get some green tea etc soon as i can get out, think ill start drinking it anyways in the hope of it helping to burn some fat!

did 20mins on the bike thursday and friday morning cant remeber if i logged it or not.

wont be going to work if the weather is still like this tomoro, another day of relaxing i think :lol:

Good to hear man, that'll get you right a little faster. Don't be afraid to mega dose those two, minimum of 4,000mg with the Vit C.

Well, some people experience stomach probs with high dosages if vitamin c, because of the acid... but then you could use buffered versions...

feeling better apart from my back, just doesnt seem to be getting better :(

im starting to think its a trapped nerve, feels more like one now rather than a pulled muscle.

alright pal, colds virtually gone thank god, was just a short one! quick get the garlic and vitamin c out b4 it gets hold! still snow about but its pretty much gone, it was really sunny today so its melted alot! how about u?
