Most I have ever hit in training is 330 at 140 bodyweight. Competition best is still only a rather average 264, definately need to put some work in on my squat this year!

not sure if this chart is relevant/helpful to anyone for self-assessment.. but thought I would share.

I'm close to or at advanced level on most of my lifts according to the chart (for 118lb female) except cleans... I don't seem to have the coordination for that one. :(

My goals for this year is to reach the advanced level for all of the lifts.

Last time I checked (about 3 months ago) I was at 143lbs. But I feel like I have a lot more in me, so hopefully I'll lift more in a couple of weeks. I'll be competing in the regional championship. My goal this year is 200lbs.
