My wife came across this stuff at Costco and we've been using it for a while now. I actually like it better on toast and for cooking than the earth balance stuff, but haven't tried baking with it yet. The best part (other than being vegan of course) - no palm oil! Some of their other products contain palm oil, but their statement (like so many other manufacturers) is that they are moving away from "non-sustainable" palm oil.
