Go get 'em mike!! How long is a standard mentzer workout then? I'm assuming pretty short which must be cool since it gives you more time for your biking!
Ooo and how's the diy machine coming??

it is good way of training, his books are on ebay for around a tenner usually, very interesting! theres some good vids on utube of him being interviewed by bill phillips......no pic as its a radio interview but still good.

sure some will pop up eventually! i got a powertec workbench rack system, with 180-190kg, an olympic bar, the rack has pull up bars on it, leg extension, ham curls, incline decline bench, some 35 kg dumbells, a few kettle bells, some bands, a sit up bench and a spinning bike lol

Home setup sounds sweet as mate, good finds !! Looks like you have most of the basics covered there.

Mentzers' books and his writings are gold, I'm an advocate of his ideologies and I'm certain his principals hold up even now, all these years after he established them.

I have his Underground seminars on my hard drive, basically a couple of hours of him talking about training and nutrition. Awesome!
