Pretty freakin awesome to train to. Just that drum rhythm at the start of the first track reeled me in, it's an interesting album that's for sure. Surprised someone else has heard of it ?!

the bands I've got are just some cheap ones I got on amazon ages ago, bats are all well cheers bud ahha :)
wow haven't listened to gojira in a while but would definitely be bloody great to train to! just realised that your resting heart rate is amazing! pretty athletic dude!

nice mate, i much prefer training when its hot! 34 degrees? i would love that.....its about 5 here today gotta sit on a dumper with no cab all day too......have a good session pal!

That was a great session, really happy with that. Finished up with a couple of singles at 385, they FLEW up of the floor! A lot more speed in them than normal, could have gone heavier but hey I haven't even started my prep yet. Oooh 440lb I am coming to get ya!..

Yeah, the SunWarrior stuff is REALLY good mat, you should give it a go! Can you buy it there in the UK or would you need to order it online?

I don't have the recipe for that one unfortunately, it's my favourite dish from a local vegan restaurant I eat at. Delicious! How was your weekend?
