Is sunwarrior protein powder pretty good?? Need an idea of what to get next!

Also that food looks nuts (excuse the pun) give us the recipe?

Yeah, the SunWarrior stuff is REALLY good mat, you should give it a go! Can you buy it there in the UK or would you need to order it online?

 

I don't have the recipe for that one unfortunately, it's my favourite dish from a local vegan restaurant I eat at. Delicious! How was your weekend?

I would have to get it online but I currently get all my powders online anyway (: weekend was alright mannn been looking forward to getting cycle 2 underway!

I'm guessing this is a bit of push and pull training for the comp? Looking good! Are they doing weight classes? Because if they are you will well and trulydestroy everyone!! Ahha heavy stuff you're listening to there dude :P

Aparrently it's an open meet but I think they use Wilk as well which is a good thing. I'm really into the metal for the training right now, I go through phases. I have it heavy at the gym then I often listen to Stevie Ray or some blues on the drive home lol

Last night was another great session, followed Wednesday's workout up with a really strong leg & chest session (floor benches & box squats with bands).

 

Final sets were floor bench 176 x 4 and box squats 242 x 6 with the purple 1 kilo bands adding extra resistance. I set them up like this:
