Also that food looks nuts (excuse the pun) give us the recipe?
Yeah, the SunWarrior stuff is REALLY good mat, you should give it a go! Can you buy it there in the UK or would you need to order it online?
I don't have the recipe for that one unfortunately, it's my favourite dish from a local vegan restaurant I eat at. Delicious! How was your weekend?
I would have to get it online but I currently get all my powders online anyway (: weekend was alright mannn been looking forward to getting cycle 2 underway!
And nice arm work :p

Cheers guys!
Just entered a push/pull meet on 15th Feb, will be an opportunity to test out my numbers see where I'm at. I'm not going to rest up for it as I haven't even really started any proper training yet, will just rock on up and see what happens. Should be good though. YEAH BUDDY !!!!!!

Yeah, bit of a late decision to enter aye. I'm just gonna rock up and see what I have in me, I don't expect too much as I'm only at a base level right now. Might have a 180 DL and a little over a 100 bench in me. Pulled 175 last night and it felt okay.

Aparrently it's an open meet but I think they use Wilk as well which is a good thing. I'm really into the metal for the training right now, I go through phases. I have it heavy at the gym then I often listen to Stevie Ray or some blues on the drive home lol

What you getting up to this weekend mate?

Last night was another great session, followed Wednesday's workout up with a really strong leg & chest session (floor benches & box squats with bands).
Final sets were floor bench 176 x 4 and box squats 242 x 6 with the purple 1 kilo bands adding extra resistance. I set them up like this:

Forgot to add that my squats were completely raw, no belt or knee wraps.
Will type it up later this arvo.
