My name is clinton, i've been straight edge and vegan for 14 years. i've worked out here and there throughout, but have never really taken it seriously. I'm excited to see whatever one is getting into exercise-wise and supplements everyone is taking. I don't take any at the moment, so i'm stoked to learn what is helping other people. But hey I guess maybe i'm more comfortable than some so I cant speak for everyone.
