Isn't hard to lose that much weight when you are already trim. Doesn't the body fight you and winter time is usually harder to lose weight.

You're looking great! I've had a fun time reading through (not all of, of course!) your logs. It looks like you bring it hard constantly, which is awesome.
Definitely going to poke back in later on tonight when I have some more time for reading, I feel like I could definitely learn something from you and your training :)

also since the gym was empty today i tried glute bridges. ill see how i feel tomorrow.
cardio sucks. 30 mins a day.
