[color=#4000BF]Hello everyone. I've signed up here to connect with other plant-based eaters gaining muscle and working out almost daily! I'm not sure I would call myself a bodybuilder, persay, but I am building up my body to be cut and defined. I don't know where the line starts and end as to what a body builder is!
I'm a Certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and a plant-based eater. I'm not quite a vegan because I have sushi once in a blue moon, but otherwise I eat vegan organic food.
I'm looking for protein packed, low-calorie vegan recipes. And I'm looking to find out how you get all your calories in a healthy, organic plant way, before, during, and after working out for your body to rebuild up nice and strong.
