What ya mean by "this morning"?! You know me, i'm always anti cardio! :lol:

Well, not too bad i'd say... seem to get a bit harder, although my weight is still rangin between 89 and 90kg... maybe my training is so good that i build up muscles while losin fat?! :mrgreen:

oh yeah its probably not morning with u is it haha its 6.55 am here just done 45mins cardio.....

sounds like u might be losing fat and gaining muscle then? nice situation to be in mate :lol:

I'm not a friend of cardio... no matter what time it is :lol:

I'm not sure, but there must be some increase in lean mass, if my bodyweight remains the same and my shape gets better... :dontknow:

it was awesome cheers MF sat in the sun for hours listening to radio and music.......i actually got a little red from the sun, in feb!!!! just done 45mins on the bike, shoulders and back tonight... 8) hope all is good down under in NZ!

Sounds sweet as bro, yeah all good here. Knackered from training legs two days in a row lol, wanted to overload them a little.

What tunes were you listening? What's the temperature in Wales at the moment, sounds fairly warm ?!
