So yah.. you can get a pretty good workout without a gym membership.
If it's important to you, you'll find a way. If it isn't, you'll find an excuse.

Thanks for the video. I don’t have a gym membership as I’m trying to keep my expenses as low as possible. I had forgotten about some of those exercises. It’s been so long since I’ve done crucifix pushups or Jack Lalanne pushups. Now I can’t wait to workout this afternoon!

I know it's a first-world problem, but I can't seem to handle having my face in the ground for my whole workout. Not sure what it is haha.

Great workout video and thanks for sharing with others also. I have found many people following workout videos in gym and like to suggest them to consult their gym coach or staff to avoid any sport injury and follow nutritive diet meal to meet your body requirements for those workouts.
