This is simple and I normally don't like tempeh but I like it in tacos apparently.

I pan fried it up in coconut oil and taco seasoning. Put it in a brown rice tortilla and added black beans, corn, salsa and guacamole.

You've never had it?! I'm not a huge fan of it. The texture is pretty good but the taste isn't my favorite. Its good in tacos. Basically its one of those things where you really need to mask the flavor of it with a good sauce or seasoning.

i think i've only tried tempeh once, i can't remember exactly what it tasted like, but i remember thinking it tasted bad but it would be good in a taco, and wouldnt be too bad on the macros either

i'd probably have it with lettuce, tomato and salsa,
