I don't have that much fat, my stomach is quite hard when i tension the abs but while relaxed i have a round swollen belly. is it lack of ab strengh? what could i do? thanks! Nixie Posted March 2, 2013 Share Posted March 2, 2013 This sounds like a food allergy. Try cutting out gluten, soy, or dairy for 2 weeks and see if it goes away. Gonna start making those diet changes! I was already quitting coffee after this week and cutting down on gluten.
