Hi Paige,

I'm really new to this world of competing (I'm doing FAP in vegas in Nov in the bikini and model division). Right now i'm still eating egg whites as my coaching group is really big on protein intake. Judging from your diet, I see you're not taking in much protein once you drop the powders. How do you manage to build muscle without it? I'm having a really hard time as it is, and I take in much more protein than you!

Congrats on placing 3 in OC btw!! That's really cool!

I'm noticing that you eat a ton of pumpkin, broccoli and tofu. Is there a reason why you stick to these foods in particular? It seems like such a limited diet?

Wow....you're certainly an early riser!!

Vegas FAP. Might be there. Are you working with Savage? I don't seem to have a problem with muscle. It may be genetic. I have a problem leaning out. I like pumpkin for energy and it is low cal and high in fiber. Love broccoli since filing and like no cals, at least none that I count. Tofu I have dropped, so I only have 2 sc powder in the AM and 1/2 c lentils at lunch for protein. I am more concerned about lean then muscle right now. I don't like many foods. I like fruits/veggies and maybe oatmeal and lentils. Also I prefer whole foods if possible.
Eggs have way to many hormones. Do you need much muscle for bikini?

Thanks Dylan. Some progress. Always a never ending battle. Hitting the stage in 3 weeks in San Diego for Figure America. Ready or not! Nervous and excited.
