log lifting competitions in work, this must count as a small amount if training? was a bit risky with my back but i couldnt resist 8)

haha sweet mate, cant beat a bit of cycling in the fresh air on a sunny day! i cant wait to go cycling round after work going to take it easy tho enjoying doing weights too much now! :wohoo: this is defo the best emoticon! sums up the friday feeling for me! haha you working this weekend pal or you off?
