How's your training going, are you still seeing good strength gains with your bench press?

Do you notice much from taking the Glutamine? Hope you have a great weekend MF.

Benching about the same actually. Seen strength gain in my biceps though. The glutamine still feeling out and need to research it further. Thinking of adding creatine to the mix.

You would probably notice quite a nice bit of strength increase if you started with the creatine, 10g a day should see you right.

I'd have a 5g teaspoon before training and again straight after (you can throw it straight into your Post-WO shake). Keen to know how you respond ~ keep your fluids up while you are running it.

Good weekend?

I am excited to see how I do. Last night I got to do some bicep curls and was curling 35 lbs which wasn't even a dream months ago :)

My goal has always been to curl 55 lbs even if only for 1. Now that I read some stuff from an idol I am even more determined to prove her wrong and have lost a lot of respect for her....

Against fruits, close to against nuts and grains but loves the idea of ben and jerry's on a refeed. Doesnt' believe vegetables are a way to help build muscle but looks at them as a filler. And worst of all she thinks yoga is a joke

Sounds like she doesn't have a feckin clue what she's talking about! I wouldn't lose any sleep over worrying what she thinks or believes ~ she's not worth expending your energy on.

Unfortunately people like that would never admit that they are wrong, especially the ones that think they have a standing in the fitness industry.

I know but I have changed my trainer's way of thinking. He is seeing the results and is massively impressed

I think I need to go back to carrying around a gallon of water again. Super hard at work to stay fully hydrated but having that jug helps remind me to chug lol
