Saw this article back in the archives on T-Nation here

By the way, Dave Tate's a bit profane (and the beginning of the video warns of such), so keep that in mind before you crank the volume all the way up.

Dave Tate rules. I'm definitely setting up more to his demo from now on. Makes way more sense

Specially useful for noobs =)
Sometimes I `dance` a little on the bench, gonna start paying attention to be really still and tight.

I'll try and find a link to a podcast with him, it's an excellent reference and I learned a lot from listening to it. Gimme a couple of mins to hunt it down...
