Soup blendtec style!

Blentec spicy tomato and carrot soup

Easy just throw all the veg in a blendtec with salt, pepper, some chilli's and garlic and blitz!

Easy here's the end result

That looks great, mmmmmm. Bet that would great for the winter with some nice grilled ciabatta bread.

Looks too healthy to me! :P

Seriously though, one great thing to add is beans! Also tofu if you like it. They add creaminess but at the expense of flavor, so be sure to up the spices if you add them.

I didnt have any spinach so i used a bunch of basil, probably too much as it ended up tasting a bit grassy :p, might try again when i have some spinach tomorrow.

also, what is that white vegetable between the bag & the carrots? green onions?
