my coach said 105. i was 107 in sept. and significantly stronger now, so 105 would mean much more shredded. and in the past my peak weeek i always drop 6-7lbs of water so 105 will most likely happen...i already have abs this time around...dint last time at this point...so excited...

112.4

texted trainer, said i feel like im gonna pass out for the past few days, its getting worse, dont think i can handle intervals (i felt shitty in my last two preps but never like this) and he says INCREASE CARBS BY 10 EACH MEAL FOR FIRST FIVE MEALS, DECREASE HIIT TO 15 AND ADD 5 MINS LISS. I was like are you kidding me? and he was serious... so i trust him... im on cloud 9. i thought i was going to die and never get thru this week but with this food i can. so the first meal oats will increase from1/4 c dry to 1/3 cup, the rest will be added veggies. Just bought 6 bundles of sprouts at the store. Does anyone have feedback/experience with upping carbs less than two weeks out? i understand loading up to fill out but this seems like a weird time...

Just keep it in control! Do not let yourself go wild with food! Keep it controlled like your trainer said, and watch for the results. You still have plenty of time to reign in your diet after a little increase in carbs. Watch and notice what oats can do. Notice what the sprouts will do. See if you can't use the extra carbs to "plump" up just the muscles. And of course notice if you feel better! Which is the most important. You don't want to be on stage and pass out and have to be taken away in an ambulance.
Hang in there! You already look spot on! Drop dead gorgeous in the red suit by the way! (Going to add some red color to your blonde hair for some zazzle at the evening show? 8) ).

thanks for the feedback. and of course i will not go overboard this close. i am adding 10 g c from oats first meal, then next four meals ten carbs each either from broccoli or brussell sprouts. i had to ask for clarification 3 times from coach to make sure it was ok i am so terrified i will gain fat. i am up 1 lb overnight to 113.6...was able to get 7 pull ups yesterday but the rest of the workout dragged...what i am looking for is the physiological phenomonen that coach expects to achieve....aside from me not feeling like i want to die. maybe i should just feel like that and be able to deal with it??? i dont remember things being this bad tho the first two comps, i think my body fat is lower. i only have like 11 days....its close....but not close enough to be "carb loading"... one of my guesses is that he will drop carbs back down again on sunday or monday cause thats when i stop real training and just do the circuits, then sweet potatoes friday afternoon/night. no red hair dye but my friend is taking me to an even brighter blonde this weekend with a shorter cut so i can do the mohawk for the night show. i finally figured out the lat spreads too. off to shower and eat a glorious 1/3 cup of oats!!!
