Hi I'm new but I'll get in on this

I never max out but these are my latest best reps in lbs

bench press 205 6 reps
squat 315 5 reps
DL 365 6 reps
bodyweight 208

Hey brispet, welcome to the board.

I'm adding your lifts for now, but I'd like to see some other posts from you. Think about starting a training log, or post some progress photos, or something else, so that we can "verify" your lifts. Granted, this is all on the honor system, but I don't want to include people that don't give some sort of proof that they've been lifting.

Just multiply the kg by 2.2 to get lbs.

e.g. 100 kg = ~220 lbs

I dare say none of the strongest eat less than 11 percent protein and 11 percent fat and more than 78% carbohydrates.
