sarahanne Posted April 22, 2012 Share Posted April 22, 2012 Hey so here are the workouts that I do three times a weekAt the moment anyway i want to be doing these at least 5 times per week but ill get therehere is what a normal session look like #1walk/run 6kmsquats with 18kg (39lbs) barbell 20-25 repsdead-lift with same barbell 20 repslateral lunges 24 repswide squat jump to normal squat 20 reps repeated 4x #2walk/run 6kmsquats with 18kg (39lbs) barbell 20-25 repsbiceps curls with same barbell 8-10 repsbent over row with same barbell 10 repscrunches 20 repscrunches twist with medicine ball 15 repsrepeat 3x #3skipping 5 minutessquats with 18kg (39lbs) barbell 20-25 repsskipping 3 minutesdead-lift with same barbell 20 repscrunches 20 repspush ups 10 repsrepeat 3x thats it really please if you see something that could be improved or any exercises with a barbell or i can do at home please help me out! The program looks fairly decent, squatting 3 times a week is awesome, just be careful because your hips may complain so plenty of mobility work! I'd throw in a shoulder press somewhere (sorry if I've missed it). As long as its not that heavy deadlifting twice a week with x3 squats should be fine, just listen to your body if anything complains...all the best Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Cardio Walking InclineWed: Shoulders + Triceps.. Cardio Walking InclineThu: Chest + Butt.. Cardio RowFri: Back + Arms + Shoulders.. Cardio Walking InclineSat: Cardio RandomSun: Rest I had a fairly long break in between last time I was training and after getting a wrist injury and being angry at the world my weight has stayed the same but I am ready to be dedicated to training.
