oh update i ate until i almost puked sat-sun hehe. got a little tipsy too. monday back on dieting with a slight bump from unsweetened almond milk in tea/coffee, broccoli, brussell, peppers, portobellos, cucumbers. today im at 1635 calories. yesterday trained legs, was able to squat 95x9, walking lunges 60lbs x 20 steps and some other random stuff, and did 20 mins of intervals on the bike, not as intense as the treadmill. back to 20 mins on the treadmill today. probbaly bike tomorrow cuase its back day. treadmill most of the other days with a four day split. no low intensity, all hit intervals.. went for a short jog this am with a friend visiting from korea....but my plan of attack is to stay between 1600-1700 cals/day and eat clean and think very carefully about possible cheating because afterall we are going into summer. hire trainer back at 12-10 weeks out from sept 14 and make my pro debut in BB and my amateur physique debut in my hot pink suit.

That pic, and your new avatar pic, both badass. Just saw you post on a different thread and had to give you a shoutout.

also benched 135 for like 1.5 but keep using my butt for momentum. apparently that is cheating.

Thanks. pigged out on saturday night after the power meet and also last night. I started sweating and felt really light headed so i went for PB, ice cream, clif bars, and bananas. other than that ive been keeping it clean between 1700-1800 calories cheating with homemade sugar free hot cocoa with almond milk and truvia, some coffee/tea with same, and lots of xtend and diet root beer. havent really weighed myself. Training has been 20 mins HIIT cardio most days - various combos. as far as lifting changed the split slightly to shoulders/legs (including hams)/chest&tris/back&bis. Yesterday i did ten HIIT on TM in am and then ten on bike later - and yesterday i did a two a day - legs in am and then hams and bis and abs in the pm. previous day in addition to cardio did over an hr of shoudlers in the am and then later did tris and abs. i find that during the week i am rushed cause i cant lift till like 8 and i always leave tired regretting leaving out a few certain exercises so i figured what the hell. last week i spent a few mornings doing cardio outside - combos of jogging, jump rope, sprinting, burpees. today i sprinted up a hill ten times and jogged back down. i emailed my coach today re: the sept 14 show and said "The sooner I get back with you the better, right?". Im not super out of control or anything but trying to control myself its so hard to be objective...."this cheat meal wont hurt me" or maybe it will. Its also pretty frustrating that my abs disappear so quickly. trainer is the only way to get them back.
