Hey, I was wondering what is the best workout and diet for toning your arm pretty quickly?

Yo! How come you only want to build your arms?
I would suggest pull ups/chin ups, bench press. You could do isolation stuff like bicep curls and tricep extensions but I find them to be a bit of a waste of time tbh. Anyway, good luck

"Toning" is done through fat loss, and as no exercise can specifically reduce fat in one area, the only solution is to lose general bodyfat and lift to gain additional muscle.
