Finally back to what i enjoyed the most " Strong Lifts "

Worked out this week for 3 days and did after a 2 and a half month gap so felt moderate . I am not starting from the scratch but somewhere in middle and i reckon 8 weeks of Linear Progression and i will be back to the old nos in most of the exercises .

 

So here's how my week went .

Did some Bicep and Tricep isolation work for 2 sets each .

Really looking forward to getting back to the old nos andget rid of that gut i have developed .

Haven't been able to regulary update , but i have been lifting regularly getting back to previous strength .

I'll update last 2 workouts and continue from there .

@Foods4Health - Thanks for checking in , and yes i tried a lot of stuff but eventually fell in love with these compounds .

 

@Ross - Yeah man still here with work it just gets so hectic to regularly update and got exams on till 5th June which will finish my Literature Degree

But i am working out pretty regularly and not letting the body to slack off this time . You got any tips to loose some fat while on compounds ? I have gone upto 85 kgs wherein i would like to stay put around 80-82kgs .

FInally getting close to my previous squat strength , 2 more weeks and i hoping to surpass my previous best .

I am aiming for 100 kgs before end of June .

Overhead Press

1x10xBar , 1x5x30kgs , 1x5x40kgs

4x5x47.5kgs ( Not as good as i liked , will do it again next workout )

 

Deadlift

1x5x37kgs , 1x5x57kgs

1x5x77 kgs

 

2 sets of Hyper extension in the end .

 

Note:- The workout out last 1 hour 20 mins including warmups . Really happy with the squats getting closer to goal of 90 kgs now .

Hey mate i am doing okay , finishing my degree exams this month and will finally be a graduate

The workouts are finally getting challenging and i am really happy progressing with squats which really got tough at these weights last time around .

I'll put up some pictures and videos with the green colored weights soon

Failed on the last set here .

My friend managed to get a couple of good quality videos and he says he will add it all up and make a nice vid of it . Will share as soon as its done . I need a FORM check as well .
