SQUATS

Warm ups and then

92.5Kg x 5 reps

92.5Kg x 5 reps

92.5Kg x 5 reps

 

OVERHEAD PRESS

55Kg x 5 reps

55Kg x 4 reps

55Kg x 3 reps

55Kg x 3 reps

Decided to stop here, I'll deload OHP now

 

DEADLIFTS

Warm ups and then

125Kg x 5 reps

This whole workout sucked!

Nailed the deadlifts but didn't have a spotter available to test bench and squats :/

 

DEADLIFT

60Kg x 5 reps

110Kg x 2 reps

150Kg x 1 rep PB!

165Kg x 1 rep PB!!

175Kg x 1 rep PB!!!

 

Wasn't gonna push for the 175Kg yet but the 165Kg was fine super happy, I've got a video to upload shortly!

 

Finished up with some pull ups

No spotters again.. So I'm just play about with some heavyish singles on squats and bench as scheduled on 5x5. Probably testing maxes on tuesday or wednesday.

 

SQUATS

20Kg x 5 reps

60Kg x 5 reps

80Kg x 3 reps

100Kg x 3 reps

110Kg x 2 reps

This was all I was comfortable squatting without a spotter.

 

BENCH PRESS

50Kg x 5 reps

 

67.5Kg x 5 reps

67.5Kg x 5 reps

67.5Kg x 5 reps

67.5Kg x 5 reps

67.5Kg x 5 reps

 

Then just did some pull ups and stuff. Crappy training once again.

Hey everyone, just to say I'm taking a little break from training and logging for a while. I've got some important college stuff to do that's due in the next couple of weeks and I've also got a 4 day festival from thurs-Mon that I'm attending so things are gonna get messy

I'll still check in with everyone when I can to see how everyone is and I'll get back on the training and start again with 5x5 asap. Love and peace, hope everyones doing okay!
