Mayahi
Hey all, as much as I am an advocate for getting my nutrition from whole foods, sometimes it is easier to eat some type of bar. I know a lot of the products out there trick customers and you really have to filter through to see if what you are consuming is actually healthy. I'd consider myself capable of doing this most times but being new to the vegan world I'd like some help The product is called good greens. http://www.goodgreens.com Just saw them in the store. Passed my 2 minute analysis and so I bought some. Taste good too. Am I right to think these are healthy? Thanks!
AndiMorris
Seems good to me Good Greens bars are all natural and contain no artificial ingredients. We believe providing the body with the most natural and wholesome foods on Earth are essential for a healthy, happy life. By providing people with the means to eat good we hope you can go out in the world and do good for yourself, your community, and the planet! Have you seen the Brendan Brazier recipes for making your own vegan energy bars? They look pretty easy to make and keep for a while in the freezer once made so could be handy to make a batch that will last a month or so. I haven't made any myself yet as I haven't quite got all the ingredients to hand, but I certainly plan to very soon to replace my afternoon spoonful of peanut butter.
