Great lift Huddi :).

I am not lifting heavy as of late due to injuries, but I was happy to hit hack squats for the first time for 4 sets of 12-15 reps with strict form and going below parallel.

Making the two farmer's walks with 210 lbs. per hand for 135 feet was nice to manage again after so long, not to mention getting that 250 lb. stone loaded to the 48" platform a handful of times, feels good to be doing some of the old stuff again even if it's not as heavy as I used to be able to manage :)

Deadlift 445x4 wasn't too shabby this past week :) I'm pleased with it...for now :)

I pulled 308 pretty easily a few days ago, good to be back deadlifting again.

That was my first time since February so all things considered I was happy with it. Will take a while to get my confidence back with the heavier weights but that's to be expected.

Hit 11 reps @ 133# strict Overhead Press, personal best there. Would have been 135# but I had to use a 15kg bar instead of the usual 45# bars (they were all in use, not sure why my gym has a random 15kg bar).

Pulled 330 for a double yesterday, have until April (my next meet) to pull 418. All appears to be on track.

Goal for 2014 is to pull 440 in the 130lb class; 412 is the NZ record right now.
