Damn snow!

#1 Postby mythil » Thu Jan 24, 2013 1:02 pm

Erg, all week the snow and ice has kept me out of the gym. I need to get a bike or something at home so I can do something if the gym is just not a possibility.

Living in south carolina, that problem has never been presented to me.

In the winter I am always less motivated to go and train (I still go of course). But what is the problem exactly, that the roads are closed, or that you are less motivated? I always go to the gym by bike, I don't own a car.

Wow this is a bit an old thread :)

Basically I'm disabled and I can't drive, can't ride a bike and walking on ice is a real pain for me.
