Please help me with Strength training.

Really need quite a bit more info from you before anybody can help you out.

 

Where are you at with your training right now?

How long have you been lifting for?

How many days a week are you training?

What's the type of training are you wanting to follow, as there are major differences between powerlifting and bodybuilding programs

What are your current max lifts for the main compound movements (bench, deadlift, squat, OHP etc)?

What does you diet look like and are you a natural or enhanced lifter?

Age? Sex?

 

There are many good strength workouts but entirely depends on the individuals needs and what their overall goals are. Something like Wendler's '5/3/1' is great for longer term strength gains, Lilly's 'The Cube Method' is a better choice IMO to use over a shorter timeframe eg prepping for a meet.
