I wanted to know a good vegan diet program with full Protein ( and carb if it's good )I started a 10 week program and my trainer told me to eat full protein and he don't know a good diet so i need some good programs. Think_machine Posted August 23, 2013 Share Posted August 23, 2013 Best way is to make your own. Know your caloric needs and start adding foods into the plan that you can stand. I am alergic to a few things that are staples of veganism, like mangoes, bananas, avocados... it sucks, but I still found out how to make it work out (on paper and financially) with superfoods like basil, molasses, rice bran, sunflower seeds/lecithin, etc. You can do it in a few hours of serious research, calculating your RDAs, adding foods in until you meet those requirements, then go back and tweak if you need a certain amount of calories.
