Hon? I've been there..........DONE THAT!!! I was madly in love with a Bavarian bodybuilder. We meet in 2010 and got engaged during the month of May 2011. I left Berlin and moved in with him in Munich a month later. That's when the rose colored glasses came off. Long story short, his bad eating habits wore me down and I started to eat fish and chicken again. I also ate a lot of ice cream, pastries and bread. I gain over 75lbs in five months. I also developed a few health issues. I was miserable and disgusted with my appearance. I realized that I had to get out of that relationship like a burning house. I picked an unhealthy partner and therefore, I too became unhealthy. I called off the wedding, left Germany and stayed in the states for 5 months. During that time I went back to vegetarianism, did one hour of cardio everyday (no weights just cardio), lost the 50lbs and became vegan. When I came back to him in April 2012 I was a different person. I still loved him but I loved myself more. I just couldn't live with him anymore and had zero tolerance for having meat in the refrigerator. We fought constantly about my new eating lifestyle and so I moved out two weeks later in addition to ending the relationship for good.
Ever since then I refuse to date anyone who eats animal flesh (this includes fish). Now, it's very very very very very important for me to be with a partner that's either a vegetarian or vegan. I have a thing for German men but they have very bad lifestyle habits. They either smoke, drink beer, eat tons of meat or gorge on Weisswurst. So I gave up on them.
THE BVG IS A JOKE!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMG! Listen? I'm gonna send you a PM with my skype name. I'm gonna share a big secret with you that was told to me about the BVG by a few Americans who live in Berlin. I'm gonna school you on everything I know about them and that transit system. Once you know what I know you won't fear them anymore and you will be on the next ubahn heading to the destination of your choice.

Was curious what people eat as their chocolate substitutes ?!

The yoga will surely help to alleviate some of the stiffnes one would hope ?! Have a great weekend MF.
