post what you packed for lunch today, and how long you're out for, feel free to post again when you pack something else

Here's what i packed yesterday, from about 7am to 6pm
bottle of water (refilled a couple times)
protein smoothie in a cold flask - powder, frozen strawberries, ice, soy milk and a drizzle of agave syrup blended
banana
bean patty sandwich (7 grains whole bread)
few handfulls of smoked almonds

I'm currently enrolled at a university, so I don't always have time for lunch because of classes. On those days I usually make a nut butter sandwich with some fruit and/or nuts/seeds. Yesterday I packed an almond butter and apricot sandwich with a banana smashed in-between

I love food idea threads! :D

I am off work today so spent from 1000hrs - 1530hrs doing chores at the field I rent to keep my animals.

I packed:

1 x juicy nectarine
1 x orange
1 x corn tortilla wrap containing a mixed leaf salad, celery, tomatoes, scallions and the most delicious Mexican kidney bean burger (home made).
veganaise dressing.

Bottle of water.

Today I brought the following to work:

25g mixed nuts
1 protein green smoothie
kale & lentil soup
1 mass gainer shake
