couple things that have worked well for me with them

cut in half + sandwich pressed with soy, garlic, lime, ginger sauce
cut in quarters and added to stir fry with similar sauce

i never really had them growing up bc my parents hated them, i've only just tried them for the first time in the last few weeks actually

do you mean sandwich with an actual bread?

i can't get over how good they are even raw… why does america eat chips when we have this?

I mean the sandwich press, it's a cooking appliance, it's like 2 hot plates you can squash food between, i don't put it on a sandwich, just in a bowl to eat ;)

goes well with tofu, rice/quinoa and the ginger/soy/lime flavors

haha I didn't think so. is bread ever necessary for anything ever? very rare that one needs a flat surface, but most folks don't seem to think so.

Sauteed in a pan with shallots, shredded and raw, roasted with garlic, rosemary, and thyme, steamed with lemon juice on top... Love some sprouts!
