Hi, I've been vegan for 3 weeks and I plan on keeping that way, please hit me up with messages, I'd really appreciate any tips/ help on making gains as a vegan :)

Hi and welcome to the community here. You'll have more interaction if you post on other people's threads, the journals section is good for that but anywhere that seems to be active is a good place to start. How has your first 3 weeks vegan been going? What have you been eating? What has been the hardest for you to give up?

Welcome to the forum buddy, I'm sure you will settle in really fast and feel right at home. Nice to see another person from the Southern Hemisphere ~ there's a good few of us on here now. We're slowly taking over haha. Cheers MF.
