Hey all!
Looking to dive head first into some real strength training. I've been vegan for about 2 years now. I didn't have much weight to lose before going vegan, I was about 120 lbs. Now I'm down to an embarrassing 102 lbs. I stand a modest 5'6" and I'm 20 years old. I love being vegan but I do not feel comfortable at this weight. Any pointers would be greatly appreciated, seeing as I'm a newbie to the strength training game, although I'm a very active person.
Thanks all!

You need to eat Joe, eat! 102, you sound like a long distance runner from Zimbabwe. Pack yourself some snacks to eat between meals, something with calories. Nuts and seeds, nut and seed butters are good additions to snacks. Welcome to the forum man, browse the training journals, not mine I dont provide good details, which is funny because I do meal planning for people. But a lot of people keep track of every thing they eat so there are some ideas to steal for yourself if you look around.

I eat a lot! I'm going to continue doing so, though. Even more. Renewed my gym membership, gonna go tomorrow morning!

Awesome! Sounds like a plan. I'll tell you I thought I ate a lot, and when you realize how much people eat that are training to pack on weight its unreal. Be smart about it though, don't gorge yourself.
