still doing two leg workouts a week. not the exact FB ones but improvised. added 15 rep 8kg dumbell squats doing sets untill complete burnout.

first entry since 2 months..i try to post more and hope to train more 
i'm now 2 days back from NYC and still feeling under the jetlag. i will probably start this weekend jogging again, i bought running shoes so they must be used
up to another start of living a (the) good life.

Hi MF, i see you're still here and eating lovely food 
i bought Mizuno shoes @ Citysports NY. i don't know what model it is because i left the shoebox @ the hotel.
they're good because i ran 6km 2 hours ago and didn't had any knee, back or other aches.
up to more sport and good food.

One hour after waking up went outside for another 6k run but only made it up to 2.7k. I saw fresh tomatoes and green papricas from a local farmer with a sign saying "FREE" with it. so i took about 2.5kg of tomatoes and 2 big papricas in a wooden crate home, i tried this running but that didn't work out so good.
Walked home with crate for about 1.4km. Left the crate home and did another 2.8km run.

ran another 6km this evening with the new shoes and they're great! no knee or back pains so far. i think i'll post a postworkout food pic someday

After a little hesitation i went outside for another beautiful 6k and it felt really good.
Post workout i had 2 oranges, 1 lemon, 1 pear and a banana in the blender, delicious and good for my body

Still running 6K's 2 times a week..thinking about taking a cheap gym membership during winter months to keep training cardio. not decided yet.

6K evening run on Thursday.
9K morning run after waking up this morning. Feels really good. Just had a bowl of oats with almond milk an d 2 oranges, 1 lemon, 1 banana and an apple in the blender. now showertime and start the weekend.
