I am new to being vegan (only a few days now since switching from vegetarian I loved cheese and dairy especially (past tense lol) My name is brian but prefer to be called JHWR on here since he really was and everyone should know about hemp... anyways, I want to tone up and get some muscle but have never really gone all the way, just kind of yoyo. I grind my teeth at night too so i am always concerned about nutrient deficiencies (especially being vegan) but my gf is a chef and we're trying to work out great meal customizable meal plans for vegan and mostly gluten free lifestyle. She has told me that a 150 lb male only needs about 70-80 grams of protein per day, maybe up to 90-100 if you work out more than 5 days a week. So I want to keep everything in balance as far as nutrition, get advice from pro vegan BB's, and track my progress on here once I am more confident in my vegan fitness plan. Cant wait to get to know you guys and grow together! Plants fckin rule!!!!@#$%%&#@@!
