Hi! My name is Kathy. I have been a vegetarian for over 3 years. Vegan for 2.5. Today I decided to change to a raw vegan diet. I have been incorporating a lot of raw foods for a long while now and decided to take the plunge now because I also decided that I want to officially start training for a bikini fitness model show! I am excited and would love any and all words of encouragement as I make this huge change. I decided to document my journey thru instagram @fitrawkat and would love it if anyone would like to follow my journey and help me along the way. I would love to know more vegans and would really love to get to know some raw vegan fitness advocates along the way! Thanks for taking the time to read my intro! I look forward to making new friends and getting more involved with this fitness community! -Kathy
