Hello everyone! I am Sue in Ontario, Canada. I have been vegan for 10 months now. I am not a bodybuilder but I am working hard on my physical fitness goals and fat loss. I have been doing an outdoor military-based boot camp for 2 and a half years and love it ( and the results!). As I am a relatively new vegan, I am looking for information, support and encouragement. There are few vegans (at least that I know of) in my area so this online community is a lifeline :-) very glad to have found it!

Hi!
I'm new to this Forum too, but I'm happy I had found it!

I'm Beppe from Italy, not a bodybuilder, I like race with the bike. In the winter I spend some days a week in the gym for improve strenght and fitness.
There is NO vegan where I live, I haven't vegan friends so I understand you.

Do you have an equivalent holiday to thanksgiving in Canada, where you celebrate how your people murdered 100s of 1000s of innocent indigenous people and stole their land, so you eat turkey? Probably not huh? Well that will make November easier for you to get that much closer to your 1 year vegan marker! :)

Hi Dylan, yes the Canadian thanksgiving is in early October. Got through it...had lots of delicious veggie dishes and attempted to make a berry soft serve. Tasted good, but didn't look that great ): I was the only one who ate it

Hahaha awesome, more for you to eat then. Have you tried making it again since to perfect it? If you get down a good recipe definitely post it in the forum.
