Nice to meet you all. I've been vegan for 14 years, and have started to think a lot more about fitness lately.

 

I'm not really aiming to be huge, but I would like a bit more muscle than what I have now, and to get my bodyfat percentage down to a nice level so it doesn't cover my abs

 

I mostly just do bodyweight exercises, with jogging, and a few dumbbell curls. I did my first 12km run about 2 months ago, and I'm going to start training for triathlons as soon as I get a racing bike.
