Night time dehydration

So since I've been training again I've been waking up during the night very dehydrated and desperately needing to pee.. Despite remedying this straight away and going back to sleep I still get this again once I wake up in the morning.

Anyone else have this? Or have a solution?

 

Just to confirm I drink plenty of water throughut the day and am never dehydrated during the day.

Vegans pee more. This is because the 2 by-products of expending carbohydrate energy are CO2 (which you breathe out) and water (which you pee out) and vegans just tend to get more carbs throughout the day.

 

Plus when you're working out consistently, the body requires more of everything, like straight water. So... What's going on sounds pretty normal.
