Hi there all, just thought I would introduce myself.
I'm a 30 year old from Melbourne, vegetarian for 15 years, vegan for 1. I started exercising frequently about three years ago, to lose weight and surprise, surprise it worked! I recently found myself stuck in a bit of a rut and not being able to reach my fitness goals, super frustrating! About two months ago a friend suggested I start lifting heavier weights and not focus so much on cardio. So I made the switch and I'm so glad I did. I can see major changes in my body and mind. Although I'm super new to this, I can't wait to see what I can achieve!
