Hello everyone, Im from the North Texas area. Im not 100% vegan or even plants only, but working towards it daily. Ive almost completly given up meats and havnt had milk in months. Ive been reading lots of books on the subject, watched some movies, watched some youtubers, doing my best to make it happen.
My goals are ...... run a Tough Mudder or Spartan Race and kick ass, Run a 10k and maybe someday a Marathon, do a Triathalon. Im not a bodybuilder, just want to be in excellent all round shape. I have a good bench, weights, kettlebell, Trx style trainer, and heart rate monitor. So ive got the gear, the knowledge is coming, now just need to put it all together and make it work. I am currently 5'10", about 210, and in the worst shape of my life. READY for a change!
So i will be asking A LOT of questions...LOL.
