Completely new to Veganism - want to give it a go.

#1 Postby mh29 » Sat Dec 28, 2013 2:29 pm

I'm raised Catholic, but have been studying religion and have began the process towards Hinduism. I love working out and bodybuilding, but I haven't a clue how to synthesize the two.

I don't know how to cook vegetables well enough to make several meals with enough macros and I suppose, working out under these conditions is my goal so I've come here to learn and contribute to the community.

Ask me anything I suppose.

I'm Irish, and my name's Marc. I'm interested in trying veganism. I'm a uni student though, so it's difficult to keep it up without a proper introduction to it as well. I'm coming here to learn how to improve. Thanks for the response!

Yeah I agree, its difficult no matter what your situation is without proper nutrition, but its not hard to get proper nutrition on a vegan diet. The only supplement you really need is B12.
