Wake

Water, psylium, multi, probiotic

Breakfast

9 oz tofu, oil, turmeric, yeast, tamari, 2 rye toast

Lunch

6 falafel, lettuce, tahini, oil/vinegar Italian dressing

Later

Tea w/ flax milk

Dinner

1 whole avocado, alfalfa sprouts, 1 small ww pita, 1/2 large ww pita

Tea w/flax milk, 1/2 cup pistachios

Large Fava beans smashed, fried garlic, fresh tomato, olive oil! 1 1/2 large ww pita tea w/almond milk

Dinner

7 oz tofu fried, large serving of cabbage and sauerkraut, 2 wasa crisp

Tea w/almond milk

Later

1/2 cup pistachios, tea w/almond milk

Just returned from my 9 day road trip. I decided to leave this food journal aside and see if I could maintain my low calorie diet while maintaining a healthy variety of food intake, portion control, etc., and not falling back into eating at night, gorging, binging, etc. I think I was pretty successful. I've also been occasionally reporting my successes in the training log which I started elsewhere in these forums years ago. I skipped my 7th weekly weigh in report there, but intend to switch to every other Thursday weigh-ins, starting with the completion of week eight in a few days.
